In-app feedback and product updates for SaaS
Collect feedback inside your SaaS with page and environment context. Publish product updates in the same widget.
Account is free. A workspace needs a plan and card in Stripe Checkout. The 14-day trial starts after confirmation; cancel before the first charge.

Publish, hear, review
Publish updates. Review feedback with context.
The widget shows updates and collects suggestions inside your product. Page and environment details stay with feedback for your team to review.
Illustrative example
- Your team publishedProduction · 09:42A clearer billing history
Visible to users inside the widget
- A user sent feedback
“Could filters stay selected?”
Sent from the Customers page in Production. A user reference is optional and supplied by your product.
- Sinalio routed itIn Alpha validationNew feedback for your team
Sinalio sends a notification to the URL your team configured.

Page and environment details stay with each submission. An external user reference appears only when your product provides one. Your team decides what happens next.
Before you install.
The questions that matter when you place a widget inside your own SaaS.
How do I install and test without affecting Production?
Use the coding-agent prompt or the manual installation. Each environment receives a different public key: verify the connection in Sandbox first, then activate Production in a separate and explicit step.
Do my users need a Sinalio account?
No. People submit feedback inside your application. An external user reference is optional and should only be sent when your product already has a safe and unambiguous identity source.
What data is sent with feedback?
Sinalio receives the message, current URL, environment, widget version, a trusted timestamp and, optionally, an external user reference. It does not automatically capture DOM content, screenshots, console logs, keystrokes or session replay.
Can the widget interfere with my CSS or page load?
The widget is framework-independent and isolated with Shadow DOM. Its loading must not block the initial render, and a Sinalio failure cannot prevent normal use of the host application.
What happens after feedback arrives?
Feedback enters the correct project and environment inbox with its available context. It does not become a roadmap item on its own: your team remains responsible for deciding and communicating the next step.
Does the price increase when more end users send feedback?
No. Billing is per workspace, not per end user who submits feedback. Starter, Pro, and Scale differ by team members and file storage.

What Is an In-App Widget for SaaS? Feedback, Changelog, and Product Updates
A practical guide for founders, product, support, and engineering teams that need to collect feedback and communicate changes without sending users away from the product.
SaaS activity history: design a safer undo
A workshop capacity change shows how to design useful activity history, preview restoration, and account for later edits and downstream effects.
Transactional emails: help customers finish when messages go missing
A missing export notification reveals why email delivery status and task completion need separate evidence and a clear recovery path.
Sales feedback and the roadmap: what have you promised?
A prospect needs quarterly staffing forecasts. An agency needs to spot next week’s overload. One feature label hides two different product decisions.
