Free Sandbox, feedback webhooks and agents from your terminal
Start without a card, route feedback into your own systems, and connect AI agents from the terminal. Here are the highlights from alpha.26 through alpha.51. Start free with the Developer Sandbox Create a workspace with no card and no subscription. The Sandbox gives you one product, one test environment and one public key: enough to publish an announcement, load the widget on your site and receive your first feedback. When you are ready, activate Production from the same workspace. Prices are fixed monthly amounts in USD and BRL; see the Pricing page. Make the widget look like your product - Upload your logo in any common image format, including SVG. Sinalio converts it to a light WebP and keeps its proportions. - Set two colors, accent and surface, and preview the derived light and dark palettes on the real widget before publishing. - Visitors can drag the launcher to any corner of the screen, and the choice is remembered on their device. Send feedback where your team works Configure one HTTPS endpoint per environment and receive every new feedback as a signed event. Deliveries retry for up to 24 hours, and your workspace shows the last delivery, the next retry and the response status. Test the destination, pause and resume it, and rotate the signing secret whenever you need. Announcements that show what changed - The widget shows how many announcements are still unread and marks each one as read or unread. - Each announcement shows when it was first published and, after an edit, when its content was updated. Editing never changes its position in the list. - Announcement and feedback lists are now compact rows; open one to see the full content and actions. A recycle bin for announcements and feedback Deleted announcements and feedback go to a recycle bin for 30 days and can be restored together with their relationships. A published announcement disappears from the widget immediately when deleted; after 30 days the content is removed for good. Connect AI agents from your terminal Claude Code, Codex CLI and Cursor can now connect to Sinalio through MCP, alongside ChatGPT and Claude. Each connection asks you to choose the workspaces it may see and to approve the permissions it will use. Agents can read feedback, create announcement drafts in English and Brazilian Portuguese, and prepare changes to your team and widget configuration that you confirm before they take effect. Ready to try it? Create a free Sandbox workspace, or open your workspace to connect a webhook and customize the widget.
